About The Position
Hiring for a Preconstruction Manager, responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of project preconstruction phases to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in a Preconstruction position.
- Successfully completing Design Build or Construction Management at Risk projects.
Nice To Haves
- Four (4) year degree in a construction related curriculum.
- Achievement of LEED AP.
- OSHA 30 hour certification.
Responsibilities
