We are seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager with a strong background in industrial construction, conceptual estimating, and cross-functional collaboration. As the Preconstruction Manager your primary responsibility is to manage risk for the company during the preconstruction phase by providing oversight and leadership to Client, Estimators, Operations, and Subcontractors. The Preconstruction Manager is ultimately responsible for the quality and timeliness of all estimating deliverables for assigned projects. Day-to-day efforts focus on managing estimating teams, but individuals will also be asked to develop work products when appropriate or necessary to manage the flow of work in the department.
