The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for leading industrial projects through the entire preconstruction process, from the earliest conceptual budget through final proposal and turnover to operations. This role requires proven estimating and preconstruction experience with ground up tilt up industrial construction. Candidates must understand tilt up construction methods, sequencing, structural systems, site development, and the subcontractor market supporting large industrial projects. The Preconstruction Manager will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal operations teams to develop accurate budgets, identify project risks, create value engineering solutions, and position projects for successful execution. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail oriented, and comfortable leading both the technical and relationship sides of preconstruction. This person should be able to manage multiple pursuits, communicate clearly with clients, and take ownership of projects from early concept through construction turnover.
