Key duty: Lead & assist in the effective preconstruction management of multiple projects, by providing technical and informational support to the project team. Responsibilities
- Support bid packages, estimates, take-offs & submittals
- Serve as key coordination, communication & technical resource across: Internal engineers, clients, subs, project partners & operations personnel
- BIM coordination, spec & plan reading & consulting
- Subcontractor Bid Solicitation and Outreach
- Assist in preconstruction process for all construction delivery methods
- Assist in scheduling, logistics, notes, risks & planning
- Quality control, margin ownership & cost analysis
