About The Position
Step into a climate-controlled toolroom where craftsmanship meets modern manufacturing. From the first turn of a handwheel to the final micron of inspection, you’ll own the journey from raw stock to finished components that keep operations running.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of machining experience.
- 1–3 years of welding experience.
- Proven experience reading and working from engineering blueprints/drawings.

Responsibilities
- Transform raw materials into precision parts on manual lathes, manual mills, and drill presses; transition seamlessly to CNC equipment when needed.
- Weld primarily stainless and carbon steel to build, repair, or reinforce components and fixtures.
- Design and fabricate jigs and fixtures from scratch to solve real production challenges.
- Rework or repair tools, dies, and parts to exacting tolerances.
- Interpret engineering blueprints to plan setups, tolerances, and inspection steps.
