The Precision Machinist - Mill-Turn Operations is responsible for independently setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC multi-axis mill-turn machines and robotic machine-tending systems to manufacture SCHUNK's world-class tooling, workholding, and automation products. Working in a modern, climate-controlled manufacturing environment, this position uses technical drawings, CNC programs, and setup documentation to produce high-precision components that meet exacting quality standards. This role takes ownership of the machining process from setup through production, working closely with programmers and manufacturing support teams to improve efficiency, maximize machine utilization, and ensure consistent quality. Success in this position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
