Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment
Excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination.

Nice To Haves

Technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or a related field
Experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop setting
Familiarity with clean room assembly and packaging procedures

Responsibilities

Perform precision finishing and polishing on medical devices with the same level of detail and artistry found in fine jewelry work.
Accurately assemble multi-component parts to specification with no failures.
Participate in all assembly stages—from scheduling to final inspection.
Maintain focus on quality while meeting deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized workstation including tools, benches, and floors.
Follow shift changeover procedures for cleanliness and setup.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Support job completion by adapting to evolving priorities and requirements.
Work with QA to meet quality standards and communicate them to the team.
Adhere to job-specific requirements, including clean room protocols.
