Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment
  • Excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or a related field
  • Experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop setting
  • Familiarity with clean room assembly and packaging procedures

Responsibilities

  • Perform precision finishing and polishing on medical devices with the same level of detail and artistry found in fine jewelry work.
  • Accurately assemble multi-component parts to specification with no failures.
  • Participate in all assembly stages—from scheduling to final inspection.
  • Maintain focus on quality while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation including tools, benches, and floors.
  • Follow shift changeover procedures for cleanliness and setup.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
  • Support job completion by adapting to evolving priorities and requirements.
  • Work with QA to meet quality standards and communicate them to the team.
  • Adhere to job-specific requirements, including clean room protocols.
