We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented production professional who enjoys hands-on finishing work requiring precision, consistency, and strong manual dexterity. This role focuses on polishing, finishing, and assembling precision components while maintaining strict quality standards in a regulated, climate-controlled environment. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environments
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Good hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
  • Ability to perform repetitive, detail-focused tasks consistently
  • Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards accurately
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • Strong reliability and attendance record
  • Stable employment history with clear progression; candidates with jumpy resumes will not be considered
  • 1–3 years manufacturing or assembly experience
  • Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused tasks
  • Clean and organized work habits
  • Able to follow structured processes in regulated environments
  • Strong attendance and dependable work ethic
  • Able to work onsite in West Chester, Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

  • Polish and finish precision medical components to required specifications
  • Perform detailed hand-finishing using small tools and precision techniques

  • Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with facility standards
