Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, production, or hands-on work experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work with small parts and components
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Mechanical assembly

Deburring, polishing, or finishing parts

Working under magnification or microscopes

Responsibilities

Deburr, polish, and finish precision-machined medical device components
Assemble small multi-component medical devices and instruments
Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications
Perform basic assembly testing and inspections
Handle small, delicate parts with care and precision
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with teammates to meet production and quality goals
