About The Position

We're hiring Precision Grinders for our manufacturing team at our Fulton campus in Tulsa. We build high-quality, precision components that help power essential industries. You'll set up and run surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders, holding tight tolerances on every part. If you're detail-oriented, mechanically skilled, and take pride in your craft, this is a chance to work with precision machinery on a team that values quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in precision grinding or high-tolerance machining
• Familiarity with grinding machines, tooling, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety

Nice To Haves

• Experience on CNC and crush grinders
• Experience with wheel dressing and selection across materials
• Experience performing light equipment maintenance and repairs

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surface, OD/ID, magnetic chuck, CNC, and crush grinders.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job packets, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Select and dress the right grinding wheel for each job.
• Inspect finished parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges to confirm tight tolerances and finishes.
• Maintain and perform light repairs on grinding equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates and engineers to solve problems and improve processes.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
