Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope : The Precision Fabrication (Pre-Fab) Operator is responsible for the routing of consumables (caps, cores, pre-preg material, coverlay material, stiffeners and filler) for the lay-up operation in the printed circuit board (PCB) process.

Requirements

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Ability to stand for the duration of shift
Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures
Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills
Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
Follow all safety measures
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

Operate fabrication equipment
Independently perform complex and standard machine set ups and make necessary adjustments
Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously
Programming of machines and fabrication programs
Align production panels to tooling pins on fabrication machine
Cut coupons from panels as needed for quality checks
Follow all departmental process procedures correctly
Complete all departmental documentation accurately
Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department
Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado.
