About The Position
Join an aerospace machining team where precision meets production TekPro partners with a top aerospace machine shop to hire experienced CNC talent for immediate openings. Role overview Own the setup and operation of CNC mills or lathes in a fast‑paced aerospace production setting while interpreting complex drawings and maintaining exacting tolerances.
Requirements
- Demonstrated CNC machining experience (mill and/or lathe).
- Experienced with aerospace metals including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel.
- Deep knowledge of tooling strategies, speeds/feeds, and precision metrology.
- Ability to work independently with a strong focus on repeatable quality.
Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC milling and/or turning equipment for production aerospace parts.
- Read blueprints, apply GD&T, and verify dimensions through in‑process checks.
- Adjust tool wear/geometry and perform minor program edits to sustain process capability.
- Meet or exceed quality and throughput targets consistently.
