Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Work from drawings and other documented work instructions.
- Make standard set-ups and maintain operating conditions as prescribed, submitting questionable settings to appropriate supervisor or technical leader.
- Maintain required quality and productivity levels, making minor machine and tooling adjustments to comply with requirements.
- Inspect parts using basic measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, and leak check equipment.
- Visually inspect parts for weld integrity; and when required, forward parts for dimensional correctness inspection.
- Ensure quality requirements are maintained using quantitative charting techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Basic computer knowledge to perform labor transactions, and other required functions.
