Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting agricultural technology OR a related degree
• Proficiency with geospatial software
• Experience with precision farming equipment and practices
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a structured, organized approach
• Extensive computer work
• Ability to lead occasional large-group training sessions
• Frequent travel to client sites during peak seasons

Nice To Haves

• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) or equivalent certification

Responsibilities

• Analyze agronomic data using advanced geospatial tools
• Develop optimized planting strategies and actionable insights
• Work directly with farmers to implement precision agriculture tools
• Conduct hands-on product training and field support
• Ensure seamless integration of digital and hardware solutions
• Build strong client relationships as their trusted precision-ag advisor
• Provide tailored recommendations that improve productivity and sustainability
