• Obtain precertification for all radiology testing and surgical procedures.
• Schedule all radiology testing and surgical procedures.
• Maintain patient contact throughout the precertification and scheduling process.
• Obtain all reports from tests and procedures and scan into EHR for physician review.
• Maintain a schedule of all tests and procedures.
• Send all information to the physicians.
