About The Position
Shared Imaging is excited to announce our Spring 2026 preceptor program is open for applications! The goal of the preceptor program is to provide the opportunity for qualified staff to train new hires and assist our new employees as they orientate to the unit. The preceptors will be expected to maintain compliance in all items including dosimeter badges, training, certifications, and employee health items as applicable.
Requirements
- Be at Shared Imaging for at least one year.
- Be rated Exceed Expectations or Top Talent during the most recent performance review.
- Have no outstanding compliance items.
- Return all dosimeter badges, if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Train new hires.
- Assist new employees as they orientate to the unit.
- Maintain compliance in all items including dosimeter badges, training, certifications, and employee health items as applicable.
Benefits
- An additional $1.00/hour raise upon completion of the preceptor program.
- Travel for job training may be required.
