About The Position

As the Precast Production Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precast concrete products safely and efficiently. To be successful, you will need to be detail-oriented and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ability to work meticulously to ensure high-quality production and adherence to specifications.
Understanding of safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and operating machinery.

Nice To Haves

Technical certification in manufacturing or construction.
Military experience may be accepted in place of secondary education or civilian certifications.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precast concrete production or a related field.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain precast concrete production equipment, including molds to ensure efficient production processes.
Set up and prepare molds for casting, ensuring they are clean, free of defects, and adequately treated for easy release.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment; participate in safety training and meetings as required.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
