About The Position

RANDALL OFFSITE CONSTRUCTION (Precast) specializes in the production of Precast, Prestress or Post Tensioned Concrete products (elevator shafts, walls, deck slabs, etc.). Randall Offsite Construction is currently seeking a qualified Precast, Prestressed, Post Tension Production Plant Superintendent to work in our Apopka, FL headquarters and production facility. Our Production Plant Lead is responsible for overseeing daily precast production operations, leading crews in the setup, pouring, and finishing the precast product. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement through Lean practices and team development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading all aspects of a concrete production facility (precast, prestress, post tension)
  • English as second language preferred
  • Proficient with computers
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam
  • Experience reading and interpreting shop drawings
  • Proven experience leading multiple crews
  • Ability to perform post-tensioning operations and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards
  • Hands-on experience setting up and pouring precast concrete forms
  • Concrete finishing experience
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and sequencing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Committed to quality and continuous improvement
  • Effective communicator and problem-solver
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends if necessary
  • Familiar with and committed to 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Ability to lift a dead weight of at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand on your feet for several hours at a time
  • Ability to bend, stretch, crouch, and lift as required by the job
  • Ability to respond quickly to sounds
  • Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
  • Ability to properly wear personal protective gear
