About The Position

High Concrete Group LLC is seeking a Precast Form Builder to join their 1st-shift team in Springboro, Ohio. This is a safety-sensitive position starting at $24.25/hour, requiring pre-employment and random drug testing. Requirements

• previous carpentry, cabinet-making, construction or framing experience
• experience reading and interpreting blueprints
• basic math skills along with the ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16th of an inch
• proven experience using handheld carpentry and power tools to build structures

• a strong work ethic with a passion for creating high quality work with top-level safety awareness

Responsibilities

• Constructing forms from blueprints for the production of precast concrete pieces inside our facility
• Managing all aspects of the layout, cutting of raw materials, assembly of forms, nailing, measuring and confirming dimensional layouts
• Ensuring the support of precast piece detail changes to ensure the team meets the daily production schedule.
