Precast Fabrication Planner/Scheduler
About The Position
A well-established manufacturer of precast concrete products located in Gap, PA is seeking a Fabrication Planner/Scheduler to join their team. This role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing production schedules for precast concrete products to ensure on-time delivery, efficient use of labor, molds, materials, and equipment, and smooth coordination between engineering, production, and shipping. The planner will balance project priorities, plant capacity, and customer commitments in a made-to-order manufacturing environment. Additionally, the role includes overseeing standard operating procedures (SOP), KPIs, continuous improvement, and supporting time tracking and allocation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in production planning/scheduling
- Experience in make-to-order or project-based manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with production dashboards and reporting tools
- Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment and collaborate closely with plant operations
Nice To Haves
- Precast concrete experience strongly preferred
