Requirements

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector in precast concrete erection or related construction fields.
In-depth knowledge of precast concrete materials, erection methods, and industry quality standards.
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control documentation.
Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse project teams.
Proficiency in using inspection tools, measurement instruments, and quality management software.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of precast components during and after erection to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Document and report any quality issues, defects, or discrepancies found during inspections and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to develop and implement effective quality control plans.
