Requirements

Two-year degree in Design/Drafting or two years of Design/Drafting experience.
Experience with SolidWorks.
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently.
General knowledge of building construction.
Great communication skills.
Willingness to work in Central Florida.

Responsibilities

Create detailed 3D models of precast concrete components using SolidWorks.
Develop construction drawings, piece tickets, and fabrication documentation for manufacturing.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure accurate and constructible designs.
Collaborate with internal drafting, engineering, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Review drawings and models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Perform quality control checks on your own work and assist with peer reviews to maintain drafting standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Communicate project updates, design changes, and technical information clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
