About The Position

The Pre-Weigher is responsible for pre-weighing all raw material, chemicals, and fragrances per specific batch card instructions. This role involves verifying chemicals, scanning and allocating them to specific batches, and accurately weighing them according to batch instructions. The Pre-Weigher will also be responsible for identifying each pre-weighed chemical with an information tag and initials, documenting all required information on a batch card, and ensuring its accuracy. Adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies/procedures is crucial. This role may also involve working on special projects as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years relevant experience, manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and maintain records as required.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed.

• Chemical, Cosmetics & Pharmaceuticals Production Occupations: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities
