About The Position
We’re looking for people who enjoy preparing ingredients (“batches”) for production—similar to following a recipe. At kdc/one, we help create the beauty and personal care products people use every day—and it all starts with the right ingredients, measured the right way. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience using a computer for simple tasks and recordkeeping
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Ability to stay on your feet and work in a clean, active environment
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs. periodically
- Comfortable working around powered equipment and sanitation chemicals
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing, food service, or similar hands-on work is helpful—but not required. If you’ve followed recipes, worked on your feet, and take pride in doing things right, you’ll fit in well here.
Responsibilities
- Accurately weigh raw materials using pick lists
- Pull, return, and track materials in their proper locations
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain a safe, compliant space
- Perform visual checks and report any issues quickly
- Support compounders and help keep production running smoothly
- Complete basic records to keep everything organized and up to date
