About The Position

The Pre-Screen Specialist performs pre-screenings for potential clients, manages follow-up caseloads, and provides education on services to convert referrals into starts of care. Maintains accurate documentation and meets key performance metrics to support Consumer goals.

• At least two years related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Meet Pre-Screen conversion and start of care goals and other Key Performance Metrics as identified by the department Manager.
• Manage Pre-Screen follow-up case load according to follow-up protocol.
• Prioritize follow-up requests from families, potential clients, and referral sources with timely responses.
• Thoroughly and accurately complete Salesforce documentation according to protocol.
• Educate potential clients/families on the benefit and process.
• Attend departmental and company meetings, training, and in-office days as scheduled.
• Send Signature Packet to potential clients upon conversion to Intake according to protocol and complete required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
