About The Position

As a Solution Architect, you will play a key pre-sales role in designing scalable, secure, and modern software solutions for enterprise clients, with a strong focus on modern software engineering practices, cloud-native architecture, and customer experience (CX) enablement. You will collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape technical proposals across a range of solution areas, including team extension engagements, scope-based delivery models, and managed services. We also expect a strong willingness to expand into broader technical presales domains, including emerging areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), automation, cloud hyperscalers, and data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in mathematics, computer science, software development, or information technology preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, professional services, technical consulting, or solution architecture roles.
  • Proficiency with modern architecture patterns, such as microservices, event-driven systems, API-first design, and containerization.
  • Exposure to Customer Experience (CX) technologies or enterprise customer engagement platforms (e.g. Genesys, NICE, or similar) is highly desirable, but the primary expertise should be in modern software engineering and enterprise solution architecture.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interface directly with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in client interactions, pre-sales engagements, customer workshops, and solution development processes.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and deliver under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Identify the value proposition for our enterprise clients, develop value propositions, solution proposals, and statement of works, including: Analyzing and gathering business requirements from large and complex client environments and performing required research and investigation to identify and create thorough, accurate technical solution proposals based on client requirements.
  • Preparing effort and cost estimations for custom engineering and modernization projects, CX solutions implementations, customizations, integrations, and support services.
  • Developing overall solutions, including high-level designs, technical blueprints, statements of work, and service design for both CX and non-CX domains.
  • Contributing to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives.
  • Supporting marketing and delivery organizations with knowledge transfer and technical requests as and when appropriate.
