About The Position

As a Pre Sales Engineering Lead at TSPi, you will help shape and advance innovative technology solutions that address complex challenges across the federal health landscape. Working at the intersection of health, technology, customer engagement, and growth, you will partner with federal health customers and internal teams to understand mission needs and translate them into practical, scalable digital solutions. This role will engage customers early in the opportunity lifecycle, including before formal procurements or RFPs are released. You will lead technical discovery, help shape technology roadmaps and solution concepts, and develop demonstrations, proofs of concept, prototypes, and pilots that show customers how emerging technologies can address their most pressing challenges. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise in AI engineering, data engineering, and/or modern data platforms, along with experience applying technology within federal, customer environments. You will combine hands-on technical credibility with strong problem-solving and communication skills to translate complex customer needs into compelling technology solutions. Experience supporting federal customers is highly valued. Relevant experience within highly regulated environments may be applicable.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts and demonstrate mission/business value to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to independently develop or lead the development of demonstrations, proofs of concept, and other technical proof points.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical, growth, capture, consulting, and subject matter expert teams.
