Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Systems
  • 5+ years of experience in the design and deployment of IT solutions, including experience in a sales engineering role
  • Advanced English language proficiency
  • Networking Fundamentals to troubleshoot, implement, and optimize switches and firewalls across multi-site environments
  • Microsoft Windows Server to manage and deploy complex enterprise server environments
  • IP Networking to demonstrate a deep working knowledge of the latest IT infrastructure technologies
  • Storage Solutions to leverage Cloud and physical storage systems effectively within architecture designs
  • Software Integration to apply data-sharing technologies across diverse software applications
  • Hardware Troubleshooting to analyze and resolve PC and infrastructure hardware challenges rapidly

Responsibilities

  • Technical Solution Architecture: Solution Design to architect complex IT infrastructures that map accurately to customer business constraints
  • Technical Documentation: to draft comprehensive system descriptions, proposals, and accurate bills-of-materials
  • Industry Tracking: to analyze evolving technology developments and continuously integrate modern networking trends into proposed architectures
  • Sales Enablement & Deal Closure: Technical Scoping to support the sales team in progressing opportunities by matching customer technical requirements with high-value portfolios
  • Stakeholder Alignment: to secure commitments from client technical staff to accelerate the deal's technical close
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: to collaborate with internal business units to help to ensure solution viability and operational alignment
  • Training & Industry Networking: Product Training to deliver and schedule structured guidance sessions for clients to optimize solution adoption
  • Industry Networking: to participate in regional events and conferences to build strategic business references
