Pre-Sales Analyst
About The Position
YouLend is a leading global embedded finance platform helping businesses access fast, flexible funding through partners like eBay, Amazon, Grubhub, Shift4, and Stripe. As we rapidly expand across the US, we're looking for a motivated Pre-Sales analyst to join our growing Atlanta funding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to launch your sales career at one of the world's fastest-growing fintech companies. In the Pre-Sales team, you'll play a key role on the frontline, analyzing our merchant's revenue streams and then curating an offer to support our sales operations. With the information that you provide the sales team, you will be helping YouLend continue to help merchants across the country access the funding they need to grow.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial systems or CRM tools is a plus
- Previous experience in a funding, finance, or operations role is an advantage but not required.
- A target-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting across teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and working with data
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of YouLend's products, financing solutions, and partner ecosystem to effectively support merchant relationships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for analyzing a merchant's bank statements to identify and quantify revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Risk, and Operations to help further streamline the funding process.
- Prioritize workload effectively to manage a high volume of deals while maintaining accuracy and a customer-first mindset
