Requirements

Great Communication Skills: Clear and efficient communication is key to keeping everything running smoothly.
Team Player: You'll be working alongside a small, tight-knit team—so being collaborative is a must!
Productivity & Organization: You’ll be expected to stay organized, keep your workspace clean, and maintain productivity throughout your shift.
Physical Stamina: You must be able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours a day without issue.

Responsibilities

Operate the Knock Box & Folding machine: Help ensure smooth production by running the knock box during the process.
Load Cones: Assist in preparing and loading cones for the production line.
Quality Check Joints: Be vigilant in ensuring each product meets our high standards.
Work closely with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain quality control.
