About The Position
The Pre/Post Operative Technician provides direct and indirect patient care support before and after procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
- Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate documentation skills
- Ability to follow established workflows consistently
- Knowledge of ASC procedures, infection control practices and emergency response protocols
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred
