Requirements

• Automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-up habits
• Knowledge of vehicle appraisal tools and market values is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the KBB Instant Cash Offer lead pipeline
• Appraise and purchase pre-owned vehicles
• Contact and follow up with ICO customers quickly and professionally
• Work closely with Sales and Used Car departments to maintain inventory goals
• Evaluate market trends and vehicle values
• Build relationships with customers looking to sell or trade their vehicles
• Ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient buying experience
