About The Position

This individual will be onboarded and complete training at our First Texas Honda dealership and then move to North Austin Nissan once the store opens on June 1st! We are always on the hunt for a Master Technician superstar! Master Technicians are responsible for acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures. Master Technicians also provide leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.

Requirements

• Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
• Required to hold a valid State Inspector's license.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must demonstrate utmost care for all vehicle repairs performed.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a consultant for diagnostic work, vehicle repairs, and procedures.
• Providing leadership and direction to other members of the Service Department.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame.
• Perform advanced removal and replacement diagnostic work on Nissan vehicles.
• Oversee and signing off on repairs completed by other technicians.
• Offer training and guidance to other technicians.
