Surgery Center of Columbia is hiring a PRN Pre-Op/ PACU Registered Nurse! Welcome to Surgery Center of Columbia! Surgery Center of Columbia, a leading outpatient surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care and service-oriented environment, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Pre-Op/ PACU Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Pre-Op/Post-Op Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth surgical operations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Active RN license in the state.
- ACLS Required
- Ability to make decisions based on nursing judgment.
- Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, organize, coordinate and implement all nursing care services for the pre or post-surgical patients in a manner suitable to accepted standards of care.
- Ensure the highest quality and safe delivery of patient care while maintaining compliance with professional nursing, JCAHO, and all Federal and State standards of care.
- Care for all ages from 1 month to geriatric.
