About The Position
Children’s Dental Sedation Center of Atlanta is seeking a compassionate and dependable Pre-Op & Post-Op Dental Assistant to support children and families before and after dental sedation procedures. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable demeanor.
- Ability to prepare patients for sedation procedures.
- Skill in reviewing and confirming pre-op information and documentation.
- Proficiency in assisting with patient intake and vital signs.
- Capability to support and monitor patients during post-op recovery.
- Ability to provide post-op instructions to parents/guardians.
- Skill in maintaining clean, organized pre-op and recovery areas.
- Effective communication skills with clinical team and families.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for sedation procedures.
