The Lawrence, Kansas facility is 236,000 square feet and home to about 155 hard working team members who are proud to produce iconic pet food brands like Kibbles 'n Bits®. Lawrence is a college town and the home to both the University of Kansas and Haskell Indian Nations University with Kansas State University about 85 miles away. The city is known for a thriving music and art scene and is also the home of the University of Kansas athletic teams. The Post Consumer Brands facility in Lawrence, KS operates on a 24/7 production schedule. Team members will work: B Shift: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and every other Friday 6:00pm-6:00am Starting rate: $24.45 per hour
Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or a GED
- Ability to comply with a strict attendance policy
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to prepare pre-mix and to distribute finished product to packaging lines
- Perform accurate, timely collection of data and product samples
- Maintain a clean, sanitary and orderly work area to ensure employee and food safety
