About The Position

We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Paralegal knowledgeable in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey to assist attorneys in the early stages of case development. The role involves managing client communications, gathering evidence, and preparing case files to support a smooth transition into litigation if necessary.

Requirements

• Previous experience with plaintiff's personal injury.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake interviews and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Gather, organize, and analyze medical records, police reports, and other evidence.
• Maintain case management systems and track deadlines.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
• Assist attorneys in preparing cases for settlement negotiations.
• Draft correspondence.
