About The Position

In this role, you will see that our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. They will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers.

Requirements

Full-time position.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
Willingness to be barred in Illinois or/and Missouri.
Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims.
Superb negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently in an office environment.
Team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

2-3 years of experience in the field preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
