About The Position

We are currently seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and support the continued success of our pre-litigation department. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will play a key role in managing a caseload of personal injury matters prior to litigation. You will work closely with firm partners, case managers, and clients to drive case progress, facilitate settlements, and ensure our clients receive top-tier representation from day one. This role requires strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You'll have a direct impact on case outcomes and client satisfaction, making you a vital part of our legal team.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in [State]
  • 2+ years of experience in personal injury law, preferably in a pre-litigation role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate case value and help formulate legal strategy
