Pre-Lit Attorney
About The Position
The Spokane office of The Advocates, a growing personal injury law firm with branches across the United States, is seeking a driven and mission-oriented Associate Attorney. This role involves joining a team of 17 personal injury attorneys to manage a caseload through pre-litigation, negotiate with insurance companies, and ensure clients receive fair compensation. Client management and communication are key priorities, as attorneys are highly invested in their clients' cases and recovery journeys. The firm is dedicated to representing accident victims with care and respect, driven by empathy and a commitment to achieving the best possible results.
Requirements
- Admitted to the Washington Bar.
- Three to five years of experience in civil law (personal injury preferred).
- Experience developing rapport with clients.
- Enjoy helping and interacting with people.
- Offer compassion to individuals who are injured and in crisis.
- Driven to win and not afraid of confronting opposing counsel to get the best results for clients.
- Enjoy finding creative solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with legal staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage an inventory of cases through pre-litigation.
