About The Position
Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for their Bakersfield program. This role focuses on providing mental health treatment services to maximize client independence and family empowerment. The therapist will deliver individual, group, family, and couples counseling to aid individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school
- Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient)
- Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, family, and couples counseling services.
- Assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.
- Ensure mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment.
