About The Position

Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for its Ridgecrest/Tehachapi location. This role involves providing mental health treatment services to maximize client independence and family empowerment. The therapist will also provide crisis response to various clinic locations, assisting individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. This is a hybrid role that will require travel to Tehachapi, Mojave, and Lake Isabella using a company vehicle, with Ridgecrest as the home location. The shift schedule is to be determined.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school.
Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health treatment services to maximize client independence and family empowerment.
Provide crisis response to different clinic locations.
Assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.
Travel to Tehachapi, Mojave, and Lake Isabella as needed.
