About The Position

Clarvida is seeking a Pre-Licensed Therapist for its Ridgecrest/Tehachapi location. This role is crucial in providing mental health treatment services that empower clients and their families, focusing on maximizing independence. The therapist will be responsible for crisis response across various clinic locations to help individuals achieve better personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment. This is a hybrid role, with the primary work location being Ridgecrest, and travel to Tehachapi, Mojave, and Lake Isabella as needed, utilizing a company vehicle. The specific shift schedule is to be determined.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field from an accredited school.
Valid Registration as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor or Associate Clinical Social Worker.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience working with mental health patients (inpatient and outpatient).
Valid CA driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide mental health treatment services in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment.
Deliver crisis response to different clinic locations.
Assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, education and vocational development and adjustment.
Travel to Tehachapi, Mojave, and Lake Isabella pending needs of clients.
