Pre Licensed Intern
About The Position
As our Therapist Intern, under direct supervision, you will conduct the initial behavioral health assessment and engage the client in development of a treatment plan noting their strengths, challenges, and support systems. You will meet with the client regularly, providing individual, family, and/or group counseling, and regularly assess their strengths and mental health treatment needs. This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week, located in Bakersfield, CA. Clarvida is a trusted provider of behavioral health and human services across multiple states. Our trauma-informed, recovery-focused approach supports individuals and families with culturally responsive and evidence-based care.
Requirements
- Masters in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or other licensure eligible degree.
