Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of teaching experience in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and confidence working across multiple classrooms.
- A commitment to educational excellence and nurturing young learners.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice To Haves
- An advanced degree or early childhood teaching credentials are highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support learning across multiple pre-kindergarten classrooms.
- Work alongside classroom teachers and step in to lead activities or provide classroom coverage as needed, helping children experience consistent routines and a welcoming learning environment.
- Help young learners build foundational skills, think creatively, and grow socially and emotionally.
- Lead developmentally appropriate lessons and activities using established classroom plans.
- Support early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity through structured activities and purposeful play.
- Help children develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to support continuity across classrooms.
- Communicate professionally with families and colleagues about children’s experiences and progress.
