About The Position
Covered Bridge Montessori School is seeking a mission-driven Georgia Pre-K Lead Teacher to lead our state-funded Pre-K classroom within an authentic Montessori, mixed-age environment. We are looking for a humble, team-oriented educator who demonstrates instructional excellence, adaptability, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Our Georgia Pre-K program blends Montessori philosophy and materials with Georgia Early Learning Standards to foster independence, concentration, critical thinking, and strong character.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Georgia Pre-K Lead Certification (or eligibility)
- Understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom practices (Montessori credential preferred)
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
