Pre-K Assistant Teacher
About The Position
Merryhill Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic Pre-K Teacher to join our growing preschool community! Our goal is to inspire curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning in every child. As a Pre-K Assistant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to create an engaging classroom where children can explore, question, and discover. You will design hands-on lessons that prepare students for kindergarten and beyond. You will foster strong relationships with families through communication and collaboration and support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
- A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
- Availability to work 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- CDA in Preschool preferred
