About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pre-Install Inspection Manager to join our growing home remodeling team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners after the initial sale to perform a final pre-installation inspection and verification of all project details before production and installation begin. Your work is critical to ensuring every project is measured accurately, materials are ordered correctly, and customers feel confident moving forward with their remodel.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to read and understand basic construction or remodeling specifications
Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Basic computer/tablet proficiency

Nice To Haves

Experience in home remodeling, construction, installation, measuring, or project coordination preferred

Responsibilities

Visit customers’ homes after the sales consultation to conduct final project inspections
Verify all measurements, dimensions, product specifications, and installation requirements
Confirm accuracy of contracts, materials, colors, and project scope
Identify and resolve potential installation issues before production begins
Communicate clearly with homeowners to answer questions and set expectations
Coordinate with sales, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoff
Document inspection findings and update internal systems accurately
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in every home visit
