About The Position
The Pre-Employment Specialist will own the candidate pre-employment experience, managing the entire pre employment process and will be the primary point of contact for candidates, to include communicating company, department and position details to new hires before their start date, ensuring accurate and timely completion of new hire paperwork/activities and scheduling of new hire orientation.
Requirements
- Associates degree; or certificate in business, human resources, marketing, or health care related field; or two (2) additional years of experience in human resources, recruiting, administrative support or customer service
- Minimum two (2) years of human resources experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Responsibilities
