Pre-Construction Manager
About The Position
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Preconstruction Manager/Estimator to join our team in Denver. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, eager to land projects and contribute as a team player. This role requires 5-10+ years of experience in commercial construction preconstruction and/or estimating, with a focus on project sizes ranging from $2M to $20M. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in light industrial, metal building, and self-storage projects, but experience in office, K-12, retail, and other commercial sectors is also highly valued.
